edenrobe offers a 14-day exchange policy on all items sold at the actual price. Exchanges are subject to the availability of items in stock.
Local orders usually take 4-5 working days to be delivered, but during sale periods, shipping may take 7-10 working days.
Delivery charges of a flat Rs. 200 apply to all orders. Additionally, an extra Rs. 50 will be charged on COD orders as cash handling fees.
International
orders usually take 1-2 working days to be processed and 4-6 days to be shipped, but during sale periods, shipping may take 8-12 working days. Only bank transfer or Credit/Debit Cards payment mode is available, no Cash on Delivery (COD) method is available at the moment.
edenrobe reserves the right to cancel orders for any reasons of the following reasons:
In case of a cancellation, the amount paid via bank transfer or credit/debit card shall be refunded within 20 days of receipt of the order.
Unfortunately, edenrobe is currently not offering refunds on international orders. However, we do offer exchange on purchased item within a period of 20 days provided the customer is willing to bear the overall shipping cost. Exchanges and returns are not accepted on fragrances unless the item is damaged.

Drying: Tumble dry low or hang to dry for best results. Avoid high heat to prevent shrinkage.
Ironing: If needed, iron on low heat. Avoid direct contact with prints or embellishments.
Dry Cleaning: For items labeled "dry clean only," follow the care instructions provided by your dry cleaner.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging in direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading.
