Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Pay only PKR 200 on Paid orders & PKR 250 on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Orders within Karachi are delivered within 1–2 working days. During grand sales, delivery may take 2–3 days.
- Orders outside Karachi are delivered within 4–5 working days. During grand sales, delivery may take 5–7 days.
- COD is only applicable on orders below PKR 40,000.
- Orders above PKR 40,000 require a partial advance payment via bank transfer.
Exchange Eligibility
Products purchased from edenrobe.com can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase only if:
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item(s) is returned in its original condition with all tags intact, and the original receipt/invoice is attached.
